hide on bubble mouseout, not tooltip link mouseout

The raw code from the website removes the Ajax content popup when the cursor is moved away from the tooltip link. Is there any way to make the tooltip popup "sticky", eg. have it disappear when the cursor is moved away from the link OR the popup content? The Ajax content is contains hyperlinks that I want to be able to hover into and click inside the bubble. The only way I can do this is if I remove the onmouseout function. This allows users to click inside the bubble, but then the bubble persists forever.
