Floating Gallery Drag N Drop

This script works really well as long as long as you don't scroll the page.
I have cases where the number of images requires me to scroll the page.
Is there any thing I can do to make this work on a scrollable page?

I retested the demo and resized it to create scrollbars and it still works fine.
So, what am I doing wrong?
I wrote a cgi to create my page viewed the source and posted to my web site
could you tell me what I did wrong. I did modify slightly because my images aren't the right size but I don't think thats the issue because it does work fine till I scroll the page.
