Constraining image elements

Hi I currently am using the drag and drop to make a customizable profile page its working out quite well I am using an iframe which I have given the values of overflow x and y - hidden. But when the image scrolls outwith it it then makes its scrollbars show. I do not wish for this to happen and I want to keep it within the height and width of the DIV it has that is exactly the same width and height the iframe displays it as.

I was hoping that someone would know some JS I could add to restrain the drag & drop to a certain width and height and wont allow the image to move further than the values of that.

e.g. page frame is 500 x 500
Constraint is 495 x 495 kind of thing
