Offset issue

Any thoughts on how to fix this problem?
The offset seems to need adjusting when the list on the left (destination list) is scrolled down. The problem is more pronounced the further it's scrolled, and at some point, it's not possible to move anything into it.

anyone knows the answer to this?
I did what they suggested, works in IE, but inputOjb.scrollTop does not work in firefox.
Is it possible because it's in a table?

If scrollTop does not work with firefox, try this:
inputObj.pageYOffset;
