Fantasy League with drag and drop.

bearing in mind that each rider they select costs money and they have a budget to stick to.
I then want the 6 riders they have selected and the users name/email address to be submitted into a database (mysql).
I thought that a good way to do this would be to use the drag and drop script:
however i have no idea how to implement the different categories (limiting users to 2 riders per category), the budget and cost for riders.
If anyone could give me a hand with this i would greatly appreciate it.
I have set up a page for testing. there should be 3 riders in each team, 1 from each category.
