Menu for applications - Set Menu Item State

Hi

I have a problem with the state of a menu item. I'm using this method to disabe it:
menuBar.setMenuItemState(192,'disabled');

It works perfect, but I need to enable it again once the user has taken some actions and I don't know how to do that. I've tried:
menuBar.setMenuItemState(192,'enabled');
menuBar.setMenuItemState(192,'');

and even when it enables it again, it's not in the right place. Once I run my mouve over the item it's ok, it takes the right position, etc.

How can I enable the item without changing its place?
