Tab menu - show/hide submenu by clicking outside the menu

Hello! I need some help on tab menu script. I need to show/hide submenu by clicking links that are outside the menu. There is a function showHide() but I don't know how to pass the parameter containing the submenu ID that I want to show (and hide the rest, of course)...

Please, can you help?
