I am getting an annoying little effect using the slide down menu. If I click a link on entering the link all the menu options including the sub menus are displayed while loading and then pop back as they should.
This does not happen on my programming pc but on the webserver pc.

Also can I add a hover effect ie when the sub menu items are rolled over they change colour
