Slide Down / Up Menu - Have content slided down at start?

However I would like all the content to be already slided at the start. I have searched on here and no seems to be able to give an answer to this. Surely it can't be that hard.
This showHideContent(false,1); only shows the first item.
I have used the code in this thread to stop it closing opened divs:

But now I need it to show everything at the start.
