hello everybody

here is the situation:

I am using the Slide down menu with one level. As well, I am using a CMS with header and footer. The menu is located in the footer and causes the content to load depending on the link I clicked.

here is the problem:

the menu unfolds with its fancy and cool sliding down effect if you click one of the top-level links. BUT: it as well unfolds again if you click one of the level-1 links.

is there any way to prevent the script from doing this?
