This question is regarding the excellent form tool tip at
1. I want to change the position of tool tip to 'top' or 'top-right' as google toolbar autofill help comes in the way when 'right' is used. I do not want to use 'bottom'
2. How to add a border to the tooltip?
Any help is welcome?
