The scrollbar is not correct positioned in IE7. The right content of the last column is hidden by the scrollbar.

You can see this in the table widget demo with IE7:


If the last column is numeric, the last two numbers are hidden by the scrollbar.

At least I've found a trick to bring the IE7 show a last numeric cell correct.

I've changed the function initTableWidget and added a padding-right for the last cell (phpbb does not work correct with spaces):
