how to focus to the other tabs with a link ?

Thank you for your perfect dhtml scripts.

I want to focus to one of the other tabs with a link inside the tab content.
for example: I'm in tab number 1, I want to focus to the tab number 3 with a link.
How can i do this?

and how can i show the new dynamic tab content when loading completed?
(No focus to new tab on loading time, on completion time focus to new tab, how can i do? )
