Simple DHTML window - some questions

I have some questions to how using the Simple DHRML windows;

* What is the methode of closing a window?
* I see that norwegian characters was not shown correctly in in a file loded into the window? Why is that?
* Whatæs this simples wahy to change the style/colors?

No javascript errors, When try to close the window with the new link it will not work if I have close the window before with the x in the top right corner or the link connected to the suggested javscript function.

Your suggestion for restoring the special characters (norwegian) does not have any effect either;
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">

It's a sad that your other floating windows does not support the "open windows with content and a working methode of creating a new window" (I have gone through them all).
