using DHTML windows on a forum

hi, thanks for the help with my previous post... now i have a more complicated issue........

I'm trying to implement the dhtml window into my phpbb2 forum... well i transfered all the code into the header file that runs on every page, i get a window to show but its not moveable and the button doesnt work

its on the top, it looks just like on the main page, except it doesn't work at all, it just looks like a random table....... I can email the php source code if needed
