No form post in window in FireFox

We have a form in a window and we are trying to submit a form. It works in IE but there is no post data in FireFox.

We are opening a window from a pane, adding a record in the window to our database, reload/refresh the pane that opened the window and then close the window.

Any ideas how we can accomplish this?

I have a problem too, but for me, it works in firefox but not in IE:
in my php srcipt called by the form i do:
echo "<script language....>paneSplitter.loadContent('west','home.php',0);"</script> and it's ok with firefox, he write the javascript in the div, but not in IE wich don't write the script tag!

You say it's OK with IE, how do you do??
