You should be able to add the code
<input type="text" name="calId0" value="2004-12-24" onclick="">
<input type="button" value="Pick date" onclick="pickDate('calId0',document.forms['FormchartId0'].calId0);">
as content of tab 2.
Define the pickDate function in your main html file(or js file available to your main html file).
