Calling the Javascript in Image Slideshow 4

G'day...please help

I've got this working nicely on the image-slideshow-4.html page.

But I want to insert it into another page with a Menu.
http://www.skiclubofaustralia.com.au/menu.html
But when I do it I get this:
http://www.skiclubofaustralia.com.au/home3.html
It says in the documentation to call this in Javascript

I don't know what you mean. I've looked through the Forums but no previous similiar question. Please can you check my source code and tell me how to "call this in Javascript"
