Folder Tree with DD - rename/delete >buttons< - how?

Script is perfect but right-click pop-up menu isn't too good due to low usability.
Question is: how to make delete/rename buttons / text links near each node w/o heavy modification of the script?
Spent like 2 hours - but I'm pretty weak JS programmer
