you should not set perc value to height
if you want it is covered active pane, get the pane height and set to table widget.

Wooo, I 've found where the problem was...
My Python parser delete html header "<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC ... >"
Without it, on firefox it works but not on IE ...
