paneSplitter and ASP.NET postback not working

I am using the paneSplitter on an ASP.NET 2.0 Server-side Form.
I have added a DropdownList & a Button to CenterPane of SplitterPane
if i enable autopostback property of dropdownlist it cause post back

but only pageload method is called subsequent event method is not called

e.g. Dropdownlist Selected Index change

Has anyone encountered this issue & found solution?

Hi

I'm not familiar with ASP, so I'm afraid I'm not able to help much.

But:
I guess that ASP.NET applies some sort of javascript to your select boxes dynamically. The problem may be that it doesn't do that when the select box is loaded dynamically to the page via ajax. Maybe it's possible to call some javascript code at the bottom of the ajax-included files which applies the postback features to the select box !?
