custom drag and drop intefering w/ drag and drop folder tree

CUSTOM DRAG AND DROP SCRIPT when I use both it screws up.
The custom drag and drop still works fine, but the folders dont. When clicking on a folder and draging it, it gets stuck or it wont stop clicking.
Hard to explain, but any idea why having those 2 scripts, inteferes?
