Fly to Basket withouth excisitng products

Hello ,

I try to make a input textfield what act as a productId.
I've managed to create a working flytobasket several times in php/mysql, however these one's alway's retrieved a product list from database.

so my dillemma is that i dont now how to check if a same text(a url in my case)
is inserted already , neither how i suppose to insert a total new one.
Al the actual function of the fly-to-basket should stay intact
(a database controlled auto-increment $cartId)
+ flytobasket.js
$productId|||$text|||$price

any help is apreciated

The problem what we have is couse of the ID's,
Couse it is ajax and pages arent reloaded, it add to basket as it was the same ID
This means if i have: ID=1|mytext1|price 100,-
And then want to add ID=1|mytext2|price 100,- it ofcourse go update the first couse ID is alway's same.
Basicly it is normal and logical behaivor.
In my case it would make sence to let generate ID's based on mytext.
So if mytext1 is already in cart and go add again mytext1 it update previous inserted item , if add item called mytext2 let it auto-generate another ID.
Problem is , couse of ajax processing the item ID's are already generated.
