Auto-complete on multiple input elements in a page/form

Hey guys,

I've been trying to get the auto-complete library to work for 2 input elements
for the same/different forms.

Has anyone done that before? I'm getting to the point that it does work for
two elements but one of them is not showing up the auto-complete div itself.

Not sure exactly where is the problem, any assistance would be appreciated.
