Menu tree auto-updater and Slide in RSS !!Help!!

I know all I have to do is use my imagination and I can probably think of several uses for this, link directory, profile menu, article directory, search directory, to name a few. But a few questions just know what are the limits:

1). Do cookies control this?
2). Do the changes made affect everyone that sees it?
3). IS there an admin mode and user mode?

Why does my server display my RSS feed in the box then then it jumps to a widgetbox.com server. This happened after I changed your link inside the demo box to test my link. It's weird it jumps to my RSS then it will jump to one of widgetbox.com's servers. I have not even placed it inside a viable widget and it jumps to there server? I have edited only the demo with my RSS feed then placed it onto my site and then opened it inside my browser. I did not touch any other code.
