fixed header is not positioned correctly in firefox and IE

Hi,

I'm using the table widget for the first time. For most of it, it works fine. I have 2 problems:

1. in firefox, there is a 22px space before the fixed header. Hence the whole table is off and the bottom arrow of the scrollbar doesn't show. the sample show the problem (where the green arrows are):

2. similarly, in IE, the scrollbars DO appear, but there is 10 or 11 px before the fixed header.

Appreciate any ideas or pointers. I have used the table-widget as is with my own data.
