the config folder

hi, im new here. I downloaded the demo zip and i have tested it on easyphp 3.0. The most part of the script is fonctionnal, but some script refere to a "config" folder. In the document, i dont have this file. someone can help me to find what is inside this folder.

i searched with editplus with "/config/" and i founded some files in this folder:

config/log_visitor.inc
config/metatags.inc
config/kontera.php
config/connect.conf
config/connect.php
