Drag - Drop Problem with div Scrollbar

I have two divisons. one in left and one in right. i want to drag a item from the left to right at any position(not only end) and vice versa. I already do it but my problem is if my division height is exceeded and scrollbar is display than i unable to drop item at desired position.
