tooltip on a form

Hi, I am getting a bug when I try to open in explorer. Sometimes, when I hover over the tooltip, it appears, but the page gets disconnected from the internet and everything stops. I am using IE version 7.

for the tooltip with transparent shadow(I am using tooltip for forms, which seems to work on this page), when I click on the demo in IE, I get an alert box saying the page cannot be opened and its getting stuck. Can you please look into that?
