Multiple Editable Select Box Issue ...

I am having two Editable Select Boxes ...

Which Is aligned Top and Down ...

If i Select The top Select Box ...

It is coming like this .,..



I am able to see the down select box options in the IFRAME ...

How can i overcome this issue ..

I'm not having this problem when I have to select boxes beneath each other.

Do you have the same problem in Firefox ?

yes..i am having problem in IE and Firefox ... If i select the top selectbox ...
i am able to see other select box options in text field...
And one more problem is that ..

Selected drop down is not closing on tab out.
Clicking on drop down, the values in the drop down will be displayed. Then tab out from that drop down and click on outside of the drop down.The selected drop down is not closing.

how can i overcome these issues...

Any one Could give me idea .... how can i close the editable selectbox dropdown on tabbed out and lost the focus
