Menu for applications - Fixed position

Postby m.andersson » Mon Mar 29, 2010 5:06 pm

Hello

I use the menu for applications and like it a lot. Have one problem though, to get it to the top of the browser window and stay there.

I have tried to set position: fixed; to the main div, but the problem is all sub menues lost its position if I scroll down the page.

Is there a way to always have the menu at the top of the page that I haven't discovered yet?

Thanks,

I solved it, after setting the position of the 'DHTMLSuite_menuBar_sub' class to "fixed".

But I ran into another issue which only appears in Internet Explorer (tested in version 6,7 and 8).

Look at this movie, where I've recorded the screen:

I have set the background color to transparent, but in IE a white background appear to all my sub menus, and on top of that, the white background is moving as I scroll down the page.

Please help me out with this, I have tried to modify the CSS files so walk around this, but the background color is still there. Note that this ONLY applies to internet explorer, everything works as it should i firefox and safari.

Thank you!
