Bubble Tooltip under Safari

Bubble Tooltip under Safari

I love the bubble tooltip however it just doesn't seem work well under safari. If I scroll half way down the screen and mouse over the tip it would pop up at a incorrect position. I'm assume its the way javascript is gathering the page length. Is there anyway to address this problem?
