A strange flickering on the Slide down menu (only in IE)...

First of all, hello to all forum users, this is my first topic! I'm italian so excuse me for my (eventually) poor english.

I'm using the Slide down menu but, starting from today i had a a strange problem: the image near the menu item begin to flicker on mouse over.

I really can't explain better, please take a look at the page:
This happen only with IE and i can't image what's the problem.

Please help me to understand.
