I have 2 problems here.
1) In order to show the correct menu, why I have to add the tag in the first line?
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
2) I use css scripts to change the windows's scroll-bar color, but it's failed.
If I delete the first line:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd">
the scroll bar will work successfully, but the menu will show wrong,
( suddenly, some blank lines below the list items. )
So, how could I keep first line, and change the scroll-bar color?
