Problem with flash and Fancy one level menu in IE

First excuse my english !
I'm using Fancy one level menu and a flah object in same page.
The problem is that in FF works fine but in IE the flash freeze when i do mouseover on the menu.
PLS anyone explain what is the problem ! Tnks !
