Drag between lists with cloning and scrolling

I know...I just joined and I'm constantly asking for something.

I've got a project that would really benefit from having:

1. Two lists of items; A and B
2. The ability to drag items (copy/clone, not move) from list B to A but not from A to B
3. The ability to reorder items in list A
4. The ability to remove items from list A
5. The ability to handle scrollbars of some sort since the lists may not fit on one screen vertically

Time is unfortunately an issue here, but paying for the solution isn't out of the question.

In case it matters, we're a Microsoft shop, so PHP isn't really an option here.

Any thoughts on doing this anytime soon?

(note: this is unrelated to drag and drop rss boxes post, that's for a personal project. This would be for commercial use).

I'm planning to develop a more generic drag'n drop script as soon as possible. What I'm thinking of is a script where you could specify how each box should behave, i.e. what you want to allow,

i.e stuff like

* Drag from
* Copy or move
* Rearrange
* Remove
* etc.

I think this will cover what you ask for and also support changes without having to rewrite the code.

Unfortunately, I can't promise you when I will have this finished. This site is just a hobby project, so it all depends on when I find some time for it:-)
