Thanks for fast reply.
paneSplitter.addContent does not work without paneWest.addContent first. This results in two tabs though ;(

If i try to use paneSplitter.addContent alone, i get this.paneModel.contents[this.activeContentIndex] has no properties error! Any idea on how to avoid that?
