themes in 1.6.1

I noticed quite a few files under /themes/blue/css that don't exist for the other themes.

I assume these are artifacts from the previous release and can be removed?

yes, you are right. I forgot to remove some old folders and files. The "css" folder should only contain css files.

I installed the upgrade and the only problem had to do with the skins styling of the standard elements (skin styling of the h3 or h4 tag pushed the menu out of the north pane). Since the skin css is loaded after any css files in the header, it would be nice to not include any styles in the skin that are not needed by the look of the skin.

I know I can work around this by creating classes for my own h1 - h4 tr, td etc. so it is not critical.

My bad. I had to comment out a css file that was conflicting with the themes and it contained the default styles for the tags.
