tableWidget server sort patch

setServersideSortFileName method name dont permission to submit my params

tableWidgetObj.setServersideSortFileName('includes/getTableData.php?id=<?=$_GET[ID]?>&semester=<?=$_SESSION[PARAM_SEMESTER]?>');

i small changed

__getItemsFromServer:function(callbackFunction)

function in tableWidget.js

so we can submit our params with system params
