Tab Menu CSS Question

I'm having difficulty implementing the Tab menu on my site. Here is the page i'm testing it on: .

Alf was kind enough to give me one suggestion ...
Remove the line window.onload = initMenu; from the bottom of menu.js
and insert
<script type="text/javascript">
initMenu();
</script>
at the bottom of your testpage.php file, i.e. right above </body>.

I have done that and am unable to tell if the problem is in my css ( and ) or in the scripts for this.
