Bug: Layout corrupted when using "id" in URL

Looks like the css file path needs to be specified. Take a look at the

var DHTML_SUITE_THEME_FOLDER = 'themes/';
var DHTML_SUITE_JS_FOLDER = 'js/separateFiles/';

you're right...
updated dhtmlsuite.js but forgot to adjust paths for my configuration.
however, it seems quite strange this misconfiguration does not show any effects when using URLs without "id"...
