I'm using FleXcroll and Ajax dynamic content

However they aren't playing nice.
When I load a file into the dynamic div the scroll bar stops working

The custom scrol bar works until you load the dynamic content.

However I tried adding the init script to the dynamically loaded file and still nothing, I tried placing at the head of the file and at the foot of the file but still nothing happens.
if anyone is able to lend there time to help me out I would be eternally greatful, I've been working on this for about a week now trying to work it out and researching but there isn't much out there that isn't over my head.
