THEAD resizing Height problem

I am running into a strange problem with the Table Widget (1.6), when data is added into the table that is more then 1 line it stretches the header and throws off the table proportions.

I think my last post may have implied that I found a solution to my problem, but I did not.

Does anyone have any ideas ?
