yeah I know, everything works fine under FF (which I use myself). But most people use IE, so I have to make my application browser-compatible.
Well my index.php contains the dhtml.suite framework, there I specified utf-8. My php pages which I call never contained the information about the encoding. Until now. As I said, I added header("Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8"); in my php files and it works under IE.
Oh and Microsoft guys: thanks for the crypto System error: -1072896658.
I mean how on earth can you figure out such an error message?!
